I later received a Bona Fide Determination (BFD) notice stating that USCIS found my petition was not bona fide because it claimed a complete Form I-918 package, including a signed Form I-918 Supplement B and/or my personal statement, was not properly filed. The notice also stated that my petition would still be evaluated for waiting list eligibility and that I would receive separate correspondence if needed. However, I have not received any additional notice since then. I would like you to review my case and determine whether USCIS made an error or whether any required documents were actually missing from my filing.
