Johanna Kelley
Managing Attorney – CEO Founder
Johanna Kelley, founder of J Kelley Law Group, obtained her law degree in Colombia in 2001, where she practiced Labor, Constitutional, Administrative, Human Rights, International Law and International Business Law.
She advised private companies, local and international human rights organizations, governmental agencies, the Colombian Army and grassroots community organizations, with a broad portfolio that included innovative initiatives and the improvement of Colombia’s image abroad. She prepared and accompanied cases of Colombian citizens before the Organization of American States (OAS).
Suly Ochoa
General Office Manager – Customer Services Specialist
Proud daughter of Urabá (land of the sun in Colombia), Suly Lorena Ochoa is a professional in Financial Administration from the Fundación de Estudios Superiores Universitarios (FESU).
Since joining J Kelley Law Group in February 2020, Suly has led customer service, finance, and business management efforts for the firm. She is dreamy, generous, proactive, and willing to undertake any responsibility that is necessary for the growth of the company.
Jessica López
Bilingual Senior Paralegal – North Carolina Office Manager
Jessica Lopez is a bilingual paralegal and manager of our Raleigh (North Carolina) office. Originally from Peru, Jessica speaks English and Spanish fluently. She has over 15 years of experience in the immigration field, with significant experience in family-based immigration, deferred action, adjustment of status, consular processing, I-601 waivers, U visas, T visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), citizenship applications and deportation cases, among many others.
Juliana Uribe Gómez
Foreign attorney in Commercial Law and international trade & Bilingual Immigration Paralegal
Juliana is a bilingual lawyer, who received her degree from the University of Medellín, with a line of emphasis in Labor Law and Social Security. Since she knew that knowing a second language would open doors to the best jobs and professional opportunities, she traveled to the United States as an exchange student to improve her English during her undergraduate studies.
Ana Maria Ruiz Galeano
Adviser on commercial matters in Colombia – Bilingual Immigration Paralegal
Ana María Ruiz Galeano is a bilingual economist from the EAFIT University in the city of Medellín, with a diploma in Foreign Trade. She has also taken a Non-Degree Course in Project Management at Northern Virginia Community College.
She has years of experience in the development of productive chains in the public and private sectors, administrative management, foreign trade, and in the relationship of companies, businessmen, leaders, and various actors in different industrial topics.
Luisa Osorio
Bilingual Legal Assistant
Luisa Fernanda Osorio is part of the J Kelley Law Group team based in Colombia and is convinced that the firm’s success is the result of teamwork, camaraderie, support, and daily love for what they do.
After graduating from High School, she became bilingual and worked in customer service for several international companies. She lived for a year and a half in Puerto Montt, Chile, where she gained professional experience and was able to strengthen her English.

Andrea Celis is of Mexican descent and has had the fortune to live in the United States and Mexico, which allows her to understand both cultures perfectly, and thus provide an integral service to our international clients.
